Remember how Florida Congressman Alan Grayson revealed to the world his shade of psycho during the ObamaCare debate when he said Republicans health care plan was to just "die?" Well, get a load of what he did to his Republican opponent Daniel Webster (you have to watch both videos)....
I've followed the news pretty closely almost my entire adult life, and if there was a Republican out there that did anything half this bad even Aboriginies in the outback whose tv consists of the cardboard box it came in, backlit by campfire, and transmit shadows from hand puppets would know about it.
Forget wondering how that rat bastard sleeps at night, who the hell agreed to produce this video for him in the first place? How do those pieces of human garbage sleep at night?
And worst of all, this guy is going to get a lot of people voting for him, how does anyone with a brain and a conscience vote for this guy? Even if you HATE Republicans, you can't set that aside for one lousy election to give this jerk his comeuppance? REALLY?
I can be pretty fast and loose with my approach but I'm going to pledge right here and now that I will never take anything I talk about out of context.
You may get out of me jokes and sillyness, and sometimes a little bit of rude...but I will always shed things in an honest light.
In the early days of this blog the primary focus was a webcomic. It had somewhere between 6-9 panels and was released every week. I got to almost 20 issues when it became too difficult to maintain with my schedule.
Drawing cartoons is one of the loves that led me to doing what I do now. The Photoshop stuff is great, but I miss it, so I'm going to try to add a NEW webcomic to the mix...starting.....TODAY!
Don't know what the schedule will look like, maybe Monday-Wednesday-Friday
I didn't say it...Drinking With Bob did<---(more videos here)...

House Speaker Nancy Pelosi (D-Calif.) said she still expects to have her job in five weeks after voters head to the polls.
Pelosi, the top Democrat in the House, whose job as speaker makes her third in line to the presidency, said she would retain that position.
“I fully expect to be speaker of the House five weeks from now,” Pelosi said at a NBC/Universal women's forum in Manhattan, as reported by the New York Times.

For the first time in my life I can say I completely agree with Nancy...and now Satan wants back the jacket I borrowed from him.
There is no question she will be the Speaker of the house 5 weeks from now, she'll get to keep that gavel until January 2011.....idiot.

Is Rahm Emmanuel getting ready for his return to Chicago, or is this rat a victim of Christine O'Donnell's dabbling in witchcraft?
Here is Chris Coon's HBO campaign manager with another infomercial on Christine O'Donnell
Did Seth McFarlane say he would've "wrecked" her? Someone needs to remind him that "Family Guy" is just a cartoon. People watch it for the stupid jokes. Cartoons don't "wreck" people, sorry Seth. Even South Park doesn't actually "wreck" people, and Mr. Family Guy, you are no South Park.
Want the ultimate proof cartoons don't wreck people? Barney Frank was elected to congress in spite of Elmer Fudd, Nancy Pelosi was elected in spite of Cruella de Vil, and Joe Biden was elected in spite of himself.
Now that I got that narcissist out of the way, what the heck is Bill Maher's problem? I would've loved it if he was willing to show us if O'Donnell ever was given the chance to finish her thoughts on evolution. Instead it has to cut back to him hemming and hawing about putting a creationist in the Senate.
Unless a tax for human gills is on the Democrat's agenda I need someone to help me understand which issue a Senator tackles that not believing in evolution would affect. To me the real question isn't "is evolution real", it's "so what?" Its not like she's running for Science Czar.
Are voters in Delaware who want less government, lower taxes, and stronger national defense really expected to vote for the Marxist in the race because Darwin's honor must be preserved?
Listen up Delaware, the chick who thinks evolution is a myth isn't focused on taking away your money like that Marxist Chris Coons is. So don't worry about the girl who doesn't understand why "monkeys don't evolve in the time it takes to watch them." Worry about the dude who wants to make your money disappear in the time it takes to make it.
If you've reached this far and you still care I have a slightly more eloquent way of stating O'Donnell's position on evolution:
I know Maher finds that to be an offensive position to take, after all, if God is so all-knowing, and powerful, and good then why do guys like Maher get TV shows?
In the end this whole debate is pointless. If a manuscript by Charles Darwin detailing a confession that the entire theory was crafted as a goof to help some friend of his with two tongues and three index fingers and a penis shaped like a wishbone feel like a scientifically-justified mutant sex machine liberals like Maher would treat it the same way they treat the East Anglia emails exposing global warming for the fraud it is.
Maher focuses on this non-sequiter because the atheist orthodoxy anchors their faith on things like evolution. So they feel threatened by Christians like O'Donnell, and they mask their bigotry with ridicule.
You know what......whatever Bill, I'll take her over Hank Johnson, the guy who thinks Guam might capsize any day.
By the way, I kind of hope that guy gets re-elected because I want to know his thoughts on if colonizing clouds would lead to the gentrification of Heaven, and then wait to see how long it will take for Bill Maher to say "well, at least he believes in evolution" right before pushing a button that begs for

Earlier this week conservative columnist Ben Shapiro came up with his list of the 5 most annoying Republicans<-----(here). Its a mighty fine list too, but I'm going to focus on his number one choice since she also happens to be my top pick.
Mirror mirror on the wall, who's the most annoying Republican of all? (click here)
This cover, "corrected" with Photoshop from the version that hit bookstores, was originally found at iOwnTheWorld
This is going to be a tough post for me because there is already so much great stuff out there that has been said about her...such as...
It is impossible to read Dirty, Sexy Politics and come away with the impression that you have read anything other than the completely unedited ramblings of an idiot. This being a professional website for which I have a great deal of respect, I searched for a more eloquent or gentle way to accurately phrase the previous sentence – but could not find one.
...so I don't know how much I can add, but I've got to get this girl off my chest...again. I say "again" because did a post in the very early days of this blog where I refered to her as the Paris Hilton of the Republican Party, and that post unfortunately didn't scratch that itch well enough.
There is little wonder why conservatives don't like her, she tries to write us off as out-of-touch extremists who resist what she views is an inevitable "liberalizing" of the GOP on her pet issues of gay marriage and bowing to the altar of global warming. She justifies it all by saying we need to get with modern times, whatever the hell that's supposed to mean...
McCain takes repeated jabs at the intolerant ethos of today's Republicans. She rails at feeling left out: The party, she says, has been hijacked by the right wing and has rejected -- to its detriment -- the moderate politics that she and millions of other young conservatives espouse....she feels she is never viewed as conservative enough by the far-right standards of angry radio and TV hosts. Complicating her acceptance among those who control the "groupthink," as she calls it...
If Wolf's review is the mark from which her mind can be measured (I actually suggest we use a 6 inch ruler) it doesn't seem to me that she ever really says what type of "think" the "group" is having contolled. Furthermore, if she wants to cast herself as the independent thinker she thinks she is then she really needs to reconcile the hypocrisy of accusing conervatives of engaging in "group think" while demanding that we just fall in line with "modern" thinking on certain issues already.
In the end it's seems she really just wants to assimilate conservatives to this moderate GOP hive that she fancies herself the queen of. This is made exponentially more irritating by the fact that she wasn't even a Republican until her father was the party's nominee for president. If that's not enough she voted for John Kerry in 2004!
If she was smart enough to realize it (or actually cared about the world around her) she would pause at the reality that her celebrity status is totally an invention of the mainstream media. They're the only ones who have been able to take her seriously because she is so useful to them. They fuel her delusion that she is the real voice of conservative youth today.
She may feel its her views that make her an outcast, but really it's because she is a blithering idiot. If you think it's harsh for me to say such a thing then click the link to Wolf's book review, I really don't think a better case can be made for her stupidity. The quotes from her book he cites leaves him wondering if she even had an editor look at it in the first place....
(One of many excerpts of the book from Wolf's review, yes I'm going to rely on this because I will not waste a second of my life actually reading "Dirty Sexy Politics")
"And later, just before the New Hampshire primary in January, it was bitter-ass freezing, so cold that my body was screaming, but, at the same time, it was so magical, so clean, an amazing winter wonderland."
I'm going to stick with my theory that it was ghost written by Yoda.
I'm also pretty sure we agreed on literacy tests for membership to the vast right-wing conspiracy at our last meeting (if you don't know what the heck I'm talking about send me your info so I can add you to the contact list) so how did this girl slip through the cracks?
Her boo hoo's about not being "conservative enough" would be cute if they weren't so irritatingly disingenuous. Moderates and conservatives in the GOP are always struggling with each other, but most conservatives appreciate the sense of balance moderates can bring to the party.
What Meghan fails to realize (because the only thing more shallow than her mind is her political experience) is that while moderates bring balance to the spectrum it's the conservatives that bring the party's actual identity. For the most part Republicans aren't Republicans if they're not a conservative (or whatever adjective is needed to describe the formation of and adherance to a political party's platform) of some shade first.
In the end its her unbridled narcisissm that gets to me the most. I was raised in a conservative family and consider myself something of a lifelong Republican (I'm a registered Independent now, thanks precisely to guys like John McCain and the GOP congress of 2004-06). I've knocked on doors and made calls for the party, so I really don't appreciate her belief that riding shotgun on daddy's campaign bus makes her feel entitled embark on a crusade to remake the party she just joined.
There are GOP volunteers who have spent their entire life serving the party and don't expect the kind of clout Meghan McCain demands for herself. Until she starts to display a little bit of humility she's just going to have to continue deluding herself into thinking we don't like her because she's "not conservative enough."Add a comment
I feel like I got broadsided with this new Hippie Punch-Gate thing going on in the liberal inner sphanctum (that's no a typo...think about it). Apparently David Axelrod got some frisky from a liberal blogger who is tired of Obama forcing them to do the electoral walk of shame(?)
That tension burst out into the open when [Crooks and Liars blogger Susan] Madrak directly asked Axelrod: "Have you ever heard of hippie punching?" That prompted a long silence from Axelrod.
"You want us to help you, the first thing I would suggest is enough of the hippie punching," Madrak added. "We're the girl you'll take under the bleachers but you won't be seen with in the light of day."
This caused a lot of confusion. Especially since I thought hippies wouldn't be able to even use computers unless they figured out how to convert them into bongs.
So after a day or some of stirring the pot (pun intended) Madrak finally answered the question of what a hippie punch is.
Basically, after Axelrod told us how wonderful we were and how much they needed us to close the enthusiasm gap in this election, I called him on it. Like, yo Dave, here we are, liberal activists who give money and GOTV, and the White House needs to punch us in public so no one thinks they take us seriously?
She could've saved us all some trouble if she had put it in way that actually made sense, like dippie punch.
She also could've said donkey punch. This was her chance to do for women what Richard Pryor did for the "n-word."
I may start using it anyway...you know...for the good of liberal women everywhere of course.

I write to you today to urge you to reject the Republican's Pledge for America. First off, whats this "for America" garbage? That's not very self-aggrandizing...is it? What gives? Where's the self worship? Did they not learn anything from me? I put the ME in America!
There's also no personality behind it. For crying out loud I made women swoon for CHANGE (they didn't know I actually meant bus fare, but whatever).
That said here are a few reasons you need to reject the Pledge for America.
So there you have it America. I strongly suggest you consider these reasons, and by "strongly" I mean "don't make me get all Orwell up in here!" (Michelle came up with that one)
President Barack Obama
Oh yeah and God Bless Americcccccaaaaaa...GREAT! I just gacked all over my brand new golf balls. Thanks a lot America!
I guess I'm on an Obama-basketball kick today...but I'm not really sure if he plays basketball because he likes it...I really think he's trying to hide something else....
I can't quite put my finger on it....Add a comment
So liberals as usual had it wrong, apparently Recovery Summer was so last year...
The downturn officially ended, and the recovery officially began, in June 2009, according to an announcement Monday by the official arbiter of economic turning points. Since that point, total output — the amount of goods and services produced by the United States — has increased, as have many other measures of economic activity.
But nonfarm payrolls are still down 329,000 from their level at the recession’s official end 15 months ago, and the slow growth in recent months means that the unemployed still have a long slog ahead.

Before liberals start teaching Biden how to count so he wont be so confused at the concept of "high-five" I have a question that I know will leave me mighty perplexed as we enter into the fall and beyond and we are admonished it is Obama's policies that are improving things....
If the recession officially ended 4 months into Obama's presidency there there can't be any honest rationale that can be used to say any of his initiatives worked quickly enough to end it, right? So if economic growth remains anemic despite being in recovery...to what extent are Obama's policies getting in the way of such things?
In other words...are Obama's policies actually doing ANYTHING good?!?
The recession may officially be "over," but 82% of us apparently know better. That's because the job situation has remained virtually unchanged since the year before Obama kicked off this year's Recovery
Summer Bummer celebration.
How can businesses hire when they have to take money that would go for jobs, and give it to grabby Uncle Sam instead? Obama keeps saying he got us out of that freakin' ditch, and maybe that would at least feel believable if he wasn't trying to tow his proverbial car with the wet noodle of tax hikes to paper over his out-of-this-solar-system deficit spending.
But I'm just a blogger, so what do I know <------(psst).
I don't know, maybe I'm just being impatient, but it seems to me that there is driving, then there is driving with the parking brake on, and then there is clutching the steering wheel and screaming "VROOOOOOOOOM!" in a car with the engine missing.
I do know this, conservatives are tired of telling liberals who know absolutely nothing about economics (which is, by the way, practically scientific fact now) and get to be put in charge of money "I told you so" so much they sound like Rahm Emmanuel dropping f-bombs.Add a comment
